Refrain from processed food with alternatives like those below!!
No Oil
(Yea! No ghee)
Ghee is one of the most overhyped ingredients. Various spices & herbs make food tasty.
Avoid Caffeine
Replacing w/ decoction of spice + herb + ginger + honey (Sit n Sip after boiling for 3-4
minutes)
Stay off Sugar
Banana 'Nice'-cream, Banana bread/waffle/
pancake, frozen grapes, homemade almond/peanut butter, or baked sweet potato fries.
Dairy-Free
Date + walnut + coconut + sesame seed squares (Make bars once set in fridge for 1-2 hrs. For extra flavor, roast all & add pumpkin spice.
Exclude Rice/ Wheat-white
Quinoa, Oat, Sorghum-Finger millet- Pearl millet Flours & 5 small unpolished millets (also Fermented Rice).

• Sun-light bathing + Moon-bathing
• Deep and slow breathing exercises
• Restful Daily Deep-Sleep 11pm-6am
