The simplest short-cut to say "YES" to wholistic wellness is,
this process of elimination.
Get rid of what’s holding you back to create space for real things.
No Oil
(Yea! No ghee)
Ghee is one of the most overhyped ingredients. Various spices & herbs make food tasty.
No Tea/No Coffee
Replacing w/ decoction of spice + herb + ginger + honey (Sit n Sip after boiling for 3-4
minutes)
No Sugar
Banana 'Nice'-cream, Banana bread/waffle/
pancake, frozen grapes, homemade almond/peanut butter, or baked sweet potato fries.
No Dairy
Date + walnut + coconut + sesame seed squares (Make bars once set in fridge for 1-2 hrs. For extra flavor, roast all & add pumpkin spice.
No Rice/ No Wheat-white
Quinoa, Oat, Sorghum-Finger millet- Pearl millet Flours & 5 small unpolished millets (also Fermented Rice).
"Yes" to REAL Food w/ some habits!

Daily Good Habits
•Regular sustainable movement
• Relaxation & (Time X) Mind Management
• Sun-light bathing + Moon-bathing
• Deep and slow breathing exercises
• Mandatory Daily Deep-Sleep 11pm-6am
(Ensuring NO news/tv/screens 1 hour before+after sleep; SET good bed-time routine)

• Chew well + eat till 80% full
• Gardening
• L-A-U-G-H, Just be J O Y F U L & Creative [yep can certainly re-wire brain]
• Dental hygiene: water-flossing, oil-pulling & tongue scraping are great tools
• SOS-free: Use carrot, spinach, celery, beet, tomato, lemon on top
• Drink 1/2 L structured water early morning
• Do include routinely in diet — Leafy greens, Lentil/beans, Moringa, Aloe, Coconut water,
Black cumin, Kimchi, Turmeric, Berries, Mushroom, Flaxseed, Fenugreek
• Above all, any sprouts being no. 1 (and VERY economical) so do consume 3-5x/wk,
Fresh juice (sit n sip) as evening snack and Soup/Raw dinner (papaya, prune, kiwi, guava, grape, avocado, seeds + salad)
•Our Grand Slam winner is Fasting — the most effective method to stay healthy.
IF is essential daily w/ (SAFE) prolonged fasting occasionally;
Also juice-fast after any cheat-day!

Tobacco, Alcohol, Smoking, Meat, are bound to bring misery to you or your loved ones.
There’s no such thing as “diet plan”, it’s called “Discipline in Simple Routines”.
